Take responsibility for your health, fitness and wellbeing with these classes and have fun while you do it! We have extended our range of fitness, dance and health classes this year and include new short courses such as nordic walking, swing fitness, ballroom, burlesque, chinese therapies, flower essences and make your own medicine.

Exercise increases serotonin levels and longevity - live longer and be happier!

We are still offering our body conditioning, pilates, salsa, bachata, tai chi, yoga and zumba classes.
