The second in the series of school holiday cooking courses will give young students the opportunity to build on skills acquired in the first course. For children aged 8 to 12 years. Course fee includes $15.00 for ingredients.
Once again the focus will be on cooking healthy meals that appeal to the young palate and are associated with eating out and treats. The first dish will be enjoyed as a morning tea. The students will then prepare, serve and enjoy the main dish and accompaniments for lunch.
The tutor provides a different menu each term.
