Winter is definitely the time for warm, comforting soups. In this hands on cooking class you will learn how to make a variety of delicious, nutritious and easy to prepare soups that are June's family favourites.
Soups you will be making include French Onion, Tuscan Tomato, Roasted Pumpkin and Garlic, Soup au Pistou with Basil Sauce, Bouillabaisse with Rouille, Lentil and Carrot with fresh Mint, Broccoli and Pea Soup and Mushroom Broth.
You will also learn to prepare some interesting accompaniments including Focaccia, Cheese Wafers, Sage Breadsticks and Croutons.
