Te Kore is a practical four-week personal development course that empowers participants to take ownership of their own power through self-reflection, awareness and visualisation.
The purpose of Te Kore is to hep people gain a deep awareness of their potential and purpose in life, develop powerful habits , and set and accomplish meaningful goals. Importantly, this course is about helping people understand how and why they do things the way they do, and what they can do differently to achieve their goals.
Set out over four weeks, students will participate in four 90 minute workshops where they will learn about, discuss, develop and create their own set of goals and daily habits.
