Join Lisa Lyford to learn about this extensive toolkit of researched, global mind-wellness practices proven to free, calm and re-wire the mind for a healthier, happier life.
One in five New Zealanders have experienced some form of mental health issue, including anxiety, depression and bi-polar disorder. And this figure only accounts for people who sought professional help! With increased awareness of mental illness and the stigma starting to fade, this figure is rising rapidly.
People are starting to open up; the problem is they don’t know ‘how’ or what to do. Lisa's programme Sunny Side Up is accessible to all, with straight-forward practices that are easy to implement, which work to support any other treatments you may be accessing.
Session 1: Free Your Mind. Imagine being able to free your mind! We share lots of ways you can free your mind and set unwanted thoughts and beliefs free. You'll learn lots of 'quick win' ideas for immediate benefits.
Session 2: Nourish. We look at ways to nourish our minds and bodies, and how to sustain them. This session will include an introduction to Mindfulness.
Session 3: Flourish. We start our final session by digging a little deeper - is there anything preventing you from moving forward? We then share ideas to help you move on, grow and flourish.
Everyone can benefit from Sunny Side Up’s mind-wellness programme, it’s not specific to stress, anxiety and depression. Many of the ideas are proven to reduce stress, build resilience and self-confidence, improve clarity, concentration, creativity, productivity, responsiveness and contentment
I come from a corporate and self-employed background. I’ve personally battled depression. Through my personal well-being journey and extensive research, I have put together a comprehensive self-help programme so others don’t have to suffer as I did.
“Sunny Side Up is a heartfelt, well-researched and engaging programme for anyone who has experienced stress, anxiety or depression. Lisa shares her lived experience of these often debilitating conditions in this powerful and emotional programme.” Selina Vrsaljko Dip.Couns., BCA, GradDipPsych
