Life transitions can be empowering or fulfilling. They can also be devastating, debilitating, or just plain scary. Retreats are a wonderful way to recoup and re-tune, in a safe place away from the crippling restraints of everyday life. This course is restricted to eight participants.
Women go through several major transitions during a lifetime; leaving school or university, returning from maternity leave, returning from unemployment or sick leave, a dramatic career change, returning from study later in life, post redundancy, or preparing for a meaningful retirement, managing the new norm post-COVID.
These can be empowering or fulfilling. They can also be devastating, debilitating, or just plain scary. Retreats are a wonderful way to recoup and retune, in a safe place away from the crippling restraints of everyday life. Fortunately, you don’t need a five-star resort in Bali to ‘retreat’.
Join Rachel McInnes who has a PhD in workplace wellness to take time out to face change in your life. A maximum of eight participants will attend this course.
Participants will leave this course with clarity on what really matters, where they want to go and what they need to do to get there.
Going on this journey with other women, also usually starts new friendships or deepens existing ones.
Any woman who is facing, or wants to face, changes in their lives and would like to understand the power of values-based goal setting and habit formation.
