This course runs over two three-hour afternoon sessions and explores psychological theories of why humans have developed as social creatures and how that affects us (in good and bad ways!) today. We will investigate the origins of social behaviour, consider how this relates to our own lives, and ask whether we can use any of these theories to make change in our own lives. This will be an engaging, interactive workshop where you can ask everything you’ve ever wondered about human social behaviour.
