Description
Join French Pastry Chef Anne Picart to learn authentic French pastries. Anne will teach recipes using choux pastry, brioche dough and French meringue. At the end of the class you'll have prepared a delicious sweet treat to take home. And you'll have the recipes and know-how to practise your new skills at home ($30 ingredients included).
Recipes include:
- Fruit Tart with Almond Cream and fresh seasonal fruits
- Millefeuille with home-made puff pastry and Crème Patissiere
- Paris-Brest and Tarte Tatin
- Upside-down Apple Tart
