    Description

    Course fees

    Course fees for this course are subsidised by the Tertiary Education Commission for New Zealand citizens and permanent migrants (those who hold resident-class visas). This subsidy is offered on condition of attending at least 80% of classes and will be applied automatically upon registration. For statistical purposes, we will also collect some information from students.

    A practical course for the busy professional: Discover the real secrets of relaxation that will help you relax like never before.

    This four-week course reveals the real secrets of relaxation that the most resilient people in the world know about and live by. The course is interactive, informative and experiential. You’ll learn about and experience science-based practices for relaxation that are simple, practical and easily integrated into your daily life.
