This is a part demonstration, part practical class in which you will be introduced to cuisine from Turkey, Lebanon, Iraq and Greece.

On the first evening, students will be given a list of ingredients to bring for the following weeks. Enrolment includes $15 food cost for the first evening's ingredients.
