These one hour classes are a challenging way to stay fit and have fun.
While fast paced, you will have a balance of strength, conditioning, stretch, cardio and fun which takes into account personal abilities and honors any injuries. Working within YOUR personal challenge zone is what it's all about!
Trainers, water and yoga mat advisable to bring. Wear comfortable exercise clothing. During winter months layers and jumpers also recommended. If you have injuries/concerns, please attend a few minutes early to inform your tutor so they can advise on safe participation.
