In this seafood skills workshop you will learn to cook a variety of June's favourite, innovative fish recipes, and how to fillet and prepare fish. You'll visit a local fish retailer to distinguish types of fish and how to purchase them. This will be a busy hands-on day as we will visit a fish shop and then back to Selwyn College to start cooking. This course has been deferred until later in 2020.
