I've been teaching a range of dance/exercise classes for over two years in Auckland and I've been amazed at how much of a difference these classes have made to peoples lives.
I want to share with you my passion for dancing and music and fitness.
I specialise in offering easy-to-follow choreography that focuses on your balance, range of motion and coordination, and I include some cardio to help increase your fitness levels. You won't even realise you're working out!
