    Course fees

    NOTE: This course offers a course fee subsidy through funding from the Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) for NZ citizen and permanent migrant adults, their partners on work visas, refugees, NZ citizen and permanent resident young people aged 16+ who are not currently enrolled in a secondary school. We need to collect extra information such as age, ethnicity, educational achievement and gender for statistical purposes. You must also provide evidence of NZ citizenship, residency or refugee status if requested. A condition of accepting a course fee subsidy is that you commit to at least 80% attendance of your course.

    Do you want to improve self-confidence, reduce pain, develop healthy habits or improve your performance at work or in sport? Come and learn how to be proficient and comfortable using self-hypnosis at home or at work.

    Self-hypnosis can also improve self-confidence, reduce pain, develop healthy habits and improve your performance at work or in sport. In this course is that you will gain an understanding of what hypnosis and trance states are and what they aren't, and dispel misconceptions from pop culture. You will also become proficient and comfortable with using self-hypnosis at home.

    Expected Learning Outcomes for Self-Hypnosis for Self-Healing and Growth

    1. Students gain understanding of what hypnosis and trance states are and what they aren’t and dispel misconceptions from pop culture
    2. Students become proficient and comfortable with using self hypnosis themselves at home
    3. Students set at least one worthwhile goal for something they wish to gain from the practice (and understand how to effectively  set goals in the future)
    4. Students learn and feel comfortable with different methods of self hypnosis and are confident in using at least one that is effective  for them
    5. Students  know how to create positively formed outcomes to get the best results with self hypnosis

    Anyone curious about hypnosis and wanting to learn self hypnosis. Anyone wanting to improve aspects of their wellbeing and/or their life. Those interested in learning about trance states for relaxation.
