NOTE: This course offers a course fee subsidy through funding from the Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) for NZ citizen and permanent migrant adults, their partners on work visas, refugees, NZ citizen and permanent resident young people aged 16+ who are not currently enrolled in a secondary school. We need to collect extra information such as age, ethnicity, educational achievement and gender for statistical purposes. You must also provide evidence of NZ citizenship, residency or refugee status if requested. A condition of accepting a course fee subsidy is that you commit to at least 80% attendance of your course.

Self-hypnosis can also improve self-confidence, reduce pain, develop healthy habits and improve your performance at work or in sport. In this course is that you will gain an understanding of what hypnosis and trance states are and what they aren't, and dispel misconceptions from pop culture. You will also become proficient and comfortable with using self-hypnosis at home.

Anyone curious about hypnosis and wanting to learn self hypnosis. Anyone wanting to improve aspects of their wellbeing and/or their life. Those interested in learning about trance states for relaxation.
