Soups you will be making include French Onion, Tuscan Tomato, Roasted Pumpkin and Garlic, Soup au Pistou with Basil Sauce, Bouillabaisse with Rouille, Lentil and Carrot with fresh Mint, Broccoli and Pea Soup and Mushroom Broth. You'll also learn to prepare some interesting accompaniments including focaccia, cheese wafers, sage breadsticks and croutons.
