    Description

During this workshop, pastry chef Oscar will show you how to produce the perfect brioche. You'll produce variations such as ham and cheese brioche (with a vegetarian option), cinnamon and date brioche, plain brioche load (with the authentic French taste) and vanilla doughnuts.

    About brioche

Brioche is a bread of French origin that is similar to a highly enriched pastry, and whose high egg and butter content give it a rich and tender crumb.  Traditionally eaten as a sweet breakfast or brunch course, brioche has gained favour across the globe. It is now enjoyed as a sweet treat at any time and it  makes the best French toast.

    What to bring

Bring a teatowel, plastic scraper and a container to take home any leftovers. You may also wish to bring an apron. All ingredients are included within the course fee. We'll provide tea and coffee in the staffroom for breaks. Bring a sandwich for lunch.

    Who should attend?

Anyone looking to extend their baking repertoire.
