Previously called Nia Dance class, B-Me is a physical conditioning and wellness practice for everybody, regardless of health or fitness: whether you want a full-on cardio workout or a gentle restorative experience. Drawing from the Nia Technique and dance movement therapy, B-Me is inspired by dance, healing, and martial arts. A dynamic and energising playlist provides deep support for each journey. Emphasising finding your body’s way, B-Me is suitable for all ages and body types. B-Me is about cultivating health through caring for our bodies by choosing movement that feel good. Come find your way and be moved!
Roo is a Dance Movement Therapist, Nia Teacher, Biologist and Permaculturist. Her mission is to enliven individuals, communities, and the planet, through inspiring people to live healthy, meaningful, and embodied lives. Roo’s way is gentle, inclusive, and flexible - she skillfully cultivates an environment for body awareness, exploration, and joy. Her goal is to help people love and care for their bodies and express themselves freely.
