Come and learn how to make some delicious and healthy varieties of bread including walnut and fig beetroot bread and birdseed bread. Then learn how to use your bread in delicious ways including a fresh mozzarella and tomato canapé. Chef Oscar is passionate about good health and has experimented with a variety of easy home-made recipes - she will share her favourites with you. You will learn a little about gut health and the important ingredients in bread to maintain good gut health.
