At Nourish Holistic Nutrition, we are all about good tasting healthy food that can change lives. We bring to life a chosen mix of nutrients making healthy food real, flavourful and practical. Our chef/nutritionist has over 35 years experience working in contemporary and traditional kitchens around the world, learning about global food, spices, flavours and recipes. Our food also has SOUL - as much as possible, we like to use Seasonal, Organic, Unprocessed and Local food. We grow a lot of our own produce, creating a garden to table experience at every meal.
We are in rural Waiuku where we have a kitchen garden attached to our wellness kitchen. From here we want to reach as many people as possible with our motto "nourish @ every meal".

She is famously known as the woman who taught the British to make a curry and we totally agree with her. Nothing beats Indian food made at home – it is fresh, has a unique blend of spices and it preserves our health. Wholesome food, with endless flavours - we call it Ghar Ka Khana. Set to our Eating for Health model, this lunch features hand picked recipes made in homes across India.

After the cooking demonstration and interactive activity, the group will enjoy a convivial luncheon to enjoy the prepared dishes. You'll also get an opportunity to view the wonderful kitchen garden. Make a day of it and visit the nearby spectacular windswept beach and cliffs of Karioitahi, discover the charms of Waiuku township with its quaint museum and heritage architecture, or the Awhitu Regional Park, about 20 minutes north of Nourish Holistic Nutrition.
