Garlicky White Beans, Smokey Tomato Fragrant Lamb Tagine, and more sensational accompaniments will be demonstrated. Perfect with couscous, salads, harissa and a fragrant fruit dessert.

Felicity runs the Demonstration Kitchen at Cook the Books, the Auckland-based cookbook store (est 2003). The kitchen is the home of Choice TV series 'Cook the Books', which celebrates New Zealand cookbook authors and their stories. At Cook the Books, Felicity teaches culinary workshops on a monthly schedule and is thrilled to share two of her most popular classes with Selwyn Community Education.
