Join French Pastry Chef Anne Picart to learn authentic French pastries. Anne will teach recipes using choux pastry, brioche dough and French meringue. At the end of the class you'll have prepared a range of delicious sweet treats to take home. And you'll have the recipes and know-how to practise your new skills at home ($20 ingredients included).
Babka (a kind of braided and filled brioche - original and delicious)
Seasonal Fruit Mousse Cake with biscuit and insert inside (gourmet cake - fruits depend on those seasonal)
A Travel Cake (easy to prepare in advance and to bring for your guests when you are travelling )
