    Description

    Whether you are a first home buyer or wanting to build an investment portfolio, this is a must attend course where you will be taken through all the steps to ensure you realise your property dreams in this new era. Whether you're a first time buyer or budding investor, the course will take you through the steps, learnings and strategies that have helped over many people buy property successfully in 2023.  This course will cover all the fundamentals that will equip you with the skills to go out there and apply the learnings like a seasoned pro and get your deal.

    Three night sessions plus a Saturday property inspection tour where we will evaluate real property listings and visit renovations in progress. During the evening class, Jason will discuss the meeting place for the Saturday site visits.

    About the Tutor

    Jason has been an active property buyer and mentor for over 20 years.  He walks his talk and has built a multi-million dollar double-digit property portfolio and continues to buy property today.  He is a professional mentor who has helped hundreds of home buyers and investors build multi-million dollar portfolios to create their own financial independence.  He passionately believes that everyone has the right to own property, and people just need to have access to the right information, strategies and environment to nurture the mindset that will create success in property.

    Learning Outcomes

    At the end of the course you will have a firm understanding of the fundamentals of buying property and be equipped with the tools so you can avoid common pitfalls and mistakes, and realise your property aspirations.

    You will understand:

    • The importance of Property Cycles and how that impacts your buying decision
    • What‘s happening right now in the property market and whether it’s a good time to buy or wait. The outlook for property for the next 12 – 24 months
    • How to find a property, what questions to ask the agent, how to do your due diligence and when it's appropriate to walk away
    • Apply effective negotiation and auction strategies to help you win that dream property. How buying the right property and renovating can add over $100k+ in value in 6 weeks

    Who should attend this course?

    Home buyers, existing or aspiring property investors of all ages and backgrounds. Attendees ideally should be in a position where they either have or are actively working towards a deposit whether cash or existing equity. They should also be earning income to support an application for finance.
