    Course fees

    This course offers a course fee subsidy through funding from the Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) for NZ citizen and permanent migrant adults and young people aged 16+ who are not currently enrolled in a NZ secondary school. We need to collect extra information such as age, ethnicity, educational achievement and gender for statistical purposes. You must also provide evidence of NZ citizenship or residency if requested. This discount will apply automatically when you register online. A condition of accepting this course fee subsidy is that you will attend the whole course.  Partners of NZ citizens and residents who are in NZ on a work visa may also qualify. Please contact the office to enquire.

    Course outline

    Learn proven mind-body practices to transform anxiety, fatigue and overwhelm so that you can feel calmer, happier and more energised.

    You’ve probably already experienced that you can’t talk or think your way out of overwhelm, anxiety and fatigue. If you could, you would have willed your way out of it, willed your way towards feeling calmer, happier and more energised.

    Wanting it to happen, thinking about it and talking about it are not enough to make it happen.

    What you might not know is that the mind lives in the body. This mind-body connection means that tiring thoughts leave you feeling tired. Draining emotions leave you feeling drained. Over-thinking leaves you feeling anxious.

    The solution, therefore, must address both the mind and the body. 

    This practical course empowers you with a toolkit of mind-body practices that untangle the tensions from the body and from the mind, so you can feel lighter, calmer, happier and more relaxed than you have in a very long time!

    You’ll start off with an informative talk that reveals specific fascial systems and energy points that are responsible for transforming feelings of anxiety, fatigue and overwhelm. Then, you’ll learn about and practice proven techniques that specifically target those sticky parts that hold onto the tensions. The practices are easy to follow, easy to implement and easy to embody in your daily life.

    The course is open to all levels of experience. The practices are simple, easy, effective and can easily be done anywhere, anytime you want to feel lighter, calmer and more energised.

    This highly experiential course is the ideal antidote to the stresses of modern-day living. The mind-body practices you’ll learn are the pathway from anxious + fatigued to calm + happy!
