    Description

Join Vinay and he will introduce you to a range of aromatic Indian dishes from his home state of Punjab, over four evenings.

    Weekly menu:

    1. Chicken Tikka Masala: Proper Chicken Tikka Masala, made the way we would in North India. Not the sugar and food colour coated take-away we get at our local curry house. Rich with herbs and spices. Creamy and luscious, yet not heavy-laden with butter and ghee.
    2. Saag Paneer : Delicious, marinated pieces of paneer (Indian cottage cheese) in a luxurious spinach sauce. Fantastic, yet easy.
    3. Vegetable Biryani: Learn to make a versatile Biryani (rice) dish. We will learn the basic techniques and tricks, which will give you the knowledge and flexibility to create literally any permutation and combination you like.
    4. Daal Curry: This is a vegetarian lentil curry, which we can create in a short span of time. Using a few specific techniques, we can complete this healthy, delicious lentil curry without the need for overnight soaking or use of pressure cookers. Finished off with a blend of tempered spices & chili.

All ingredients are included within the course fee and you'll get to enjoy your food at the end of each session.
