    Description

    Journey through Turkey, Persia, Morocco, and Iraq to discover exotic spices used in these aromatic dishes.

    Menu

    Over this four-week course we will make:

    Week 1: Meze (small appetisers) with flatbread

    Week 2: Kebabs with Grilled Beef Kofta and Chicken Kaboos

    Week 3: Lamb Maqluba with Salad and Tzatziki

    Week 4: Baklava is a layered pastry dessert made of filo, filled with chopped nuts, and sweetened with syrup or honey. We will make two variations of baklava.

    Your course fee includes all ingredients ($60). Each evening you'll cook the recipes, learning tips and techniques from Clive, then you'll enjoy the food you've prepared.

    Bring

    Each week bring a teatowel and a container in case there are leftovers.
