Based on the book: ‘No More Mr Nice Guy’, this course has been adapted to be relevant for men and women, as most of us have people-pleasing habits. We will discuss the characteristics that make someone a ‘people pleaser’. Each week we will do activities to identify behaviours that don’t work for you and how to change them. The activities are designed to help you discover more effective ways of meeting your own needs which will make your relationships with others healthier.
The course is for ‘people pleasers’ who want to change their habits so that they can meet their own needs first and develop healthier relationships with people too.

An introduction to the ‘Nice Guy or Gal’ paradigm and the characteristics and behaviours of a people pleaser We will also do a short self-assessment.
