    Description

Do you want to get in touch with your imagination and learn ways of living to the fullest?

This course is based on The Artist’s Way, a seminal book that outlines how to get in touch with who we are and reignite our creative fire.
The course is based on a 12-week programme divided into two 6-week courses, running over two terms. It is not essential to have completed Part 1 before starting Part 2.

Facilitated by experienced arts therapist, you will discover activities and practices and that will enhance your creativity and wellbeing. There will be readings to do each week, along with exercises in class that focus on personal qualities we can develop. The aim of the course is to become more in tune with yourself and explore new activities for a fulfilling creative life.
