    Description

Property prices have recently dropped. The rules have changed, lending rules, bright line tests, healthy homes rules, ring fencing of income and REA regulations rules just to name a few. It is now more important than ever to understand how to get the best possible sale price for a home in difficult times.

In this three week workshop you will learn important secrets that will help you sell your home or property with total confidence that you will get the best possible price because you understand the new rules and how to use them to your advantage.
