Join Richard to continue your guitar skills with a range of popular music to work with.
By the end of this course, you will:
- Understand and play barre chords
- Play minor chords (Bm, Cm, Fm, Gm)
- Understand basic music theory (keys, chords, progressions)
- Have learned the notes of the guitar fretboard
- Understand scales and basic scale patterns
- Have learned basic fingerpicking patterns
- Be able to introduce power chords
- Be able to apply these techniques to songs you wish to learn, understand changing keys and apply them to new songs.
Note: It's important that students practice regularly outside of class to improve their skills.
