Learn to make popular tasty Indian recipes with Vinay's tips and tricks. You'll cook the dishes, learning the recipes, tips and tricks, then you'll enjoy the food each evening. Your course fee includes all ingredient ($52 each).
Week 1: Indian Vegetarian Meal Workshop.
Learn to make a very healthy and fast lentil curry, with all the flavours of a traditional lentil curry you would find in any Indian home. With this, we will make a delicious vegetarian pilaf rice dish, which is so easy to make and very healthy.
Week 2. Kebab Party Workshop.
You will learn to make two types of kebabs in one class. A mince seekh kebab, richly spiced and absolutely delicious. Secondly, a vegetarian tikka kebab, with lots of traditional spices and herbs. You will also make a delish yoghurt raita as an accompaniment to your kebabs.
Week 3. Chicken Tikka Masala Workshop.
We will make the quintessential favourite, super flavourful yet easy chicken dish. We will also learn to make an absorption method spice infused rice with peas and fresh coriander.
Each evening bring a tea towel and a plastic container in case of leftovers. You may wish to bring your own apron.
