Do you love the idea of giving handmade gifts for Christmas but have never taken the plunge and tried? June has a collection of her favourite festive recipes to share with you for family and friends to enjoy. They are quick and easy to make and easy on the budget. You will be making Italian Florentines, Scottish Shortbread, NZ Cornies, Kiwifruit Relish, Salmon Pate, Nut Toffee, Almond Orange Chocolate Balls and Swedish Festive Plait.
This is a wonderful opportunity for you to grab the true spirit of Christmas as June shares with you how to not only make great food gifts but also how to present them and ideas for gifts that may accompany them. June will also demonstrate gifts that require more time to make such as Italian Panetonne and Panforte. You will be able to savour these gifts in class and take a selection home.
Course fee includes $55.00 for ingredients.
