NOTE: This course offers a course fee subsidy through funding from the Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) for NZ citizen and permanent migrant adults, their partners on work visas, and refugees, aged 16+ who are not currently enrolled in a secondary school. We need to collect extra information such as age, ethnicity, educational achievement and gender for statistical purposes. You must also provide evidence of NZ citizenship, residency or refugee status if requested. A condition of accepting a course fee subsidy is that you commit to at least 80% attendance of your course.

In this course you will earn about anxiety and stress and how to manage it in your life so you can feel calmer and more relaxed than you've felt in a long time. You will learn tools and strategies to reliably work with stress and anxiety and begin to develop a new perspective so you can set aside concerns and enjoy life. You will learn how to break that habit and prevent excessive worry from returning.
