I'm an Italian chef from Napoli a city in the South of Italy, famous for the Pizza and the Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, amongst other stuff!
I've been in NZ for the past three years, before my current role in NZMA I was working at "Gusto at the Grand", an award winning Italian restaurant with 1 Chef Heat in Sky City for two years.
Previously, I was in Singapore where I lived for a total of eight years, working in different prestigious Italian Restaurants and before that I was working in Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida, USA.

Term Time: Monday - Wednesday 9:00am - 9:00pm
Thursday - Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm
School Holidays: When courses are running the office is open 9:00am - 4:00pm
