Niharika Dave
I have graduated in India in Foods & Nutrition and also hold a PG Diploma in Dietetics. I also hold an MBA degree with specialisation in Marketing, that too from India.
I have been in New Zealand for nearly 20 years, during which time I trained at UNITEC, Auckland to be a Primary Teacher (P G Diploma in Teaching).
Teaching Indian foods is my passion and hobby. In fact, my first job in New Zealand was teaching Indian Cooking at Mt. Roskill Grammar Community Education (from Term 1, 2000). So, I have been teaching Indian Cooking at Community Education Classes for more than 16 years.
Currently, I am tutoring at Mt. Roskill Grammar Community Education and Selwyn Community Education.
In the past, I have also taught Indian Cooking at Auckland Community Learning Centre, Green Bay High School Community Education and Edgewater Community Education.
