Phillip Kaperleris

    Home Phillip Kaperleris

Hi, I’m Phillip! I’m passionate about education, and helping people discover their full potential.

In my career, I coach teams and executives towards more empathetic ways of working, bringing wholeness and autonomy back into the workplace. Outside of the 9-5, as a Director of Cause Corps, I serve our people in 8 cities around the world to make doing good a daily habit for close to 5,000 volunteers.  In my free time, blog on Medium, mentor university students, and write children’s books that focus on diversity, inclusion, and resilience. You can read more about me on my LinkedIn.

     About Cause Corps

We’re a purpose-led global community, exploring new ways to do good. Our vision is to “make doing good a daily habit” - by redesigning the way the world volunteers. We have popularised micro-volunteering in 8 cities around the globe, which we define as any action that is free, low time-commitment, and direct impact.  In our current form, Cause Corps focuses on community events in cafes and public spaces that encourage socialisation whilst doing good, for example knitting for premature babies, tending to community gardens, walking rescue dogs, or creating resources for homeless shelters.
