Jade is a qualified lifestyle/nutrition coach and personal trainer working with people to make holistic and sustainable lifestyle changes.
Having made significant changes to her own lifestyle and losing 40kg, Jade is highly empathetic and passionate about helping people establish the right mindset and behaviours to lose weight for good and feel great!
Jade also brings extensive corporate career experience helping people to learn, grow and be the best version of themselves.
