Tulay Edali
Tulay has been in New Zealand since leaving Turkey in 2014. She has been Head Chef at Turkish Delight restaurant and as chef in a variety of other Turkish restaurants. She owned the very popular Tulay's Kitchen on Kepa Rd in Mission Bay for seven years, where people came from far and wide to enjoy her authentic and delicious Turkish food.
