With a strong foundation in the natural and contemplative sciences, I use the body as a vehicle to reconnect with our true naturalness and joy for living. Since my yoga teacher accreditation in 2016 (RYS 200, UK), I have supported hundreds of people in the UK and in Aotearoa, to skillfully explore their Bodymind in a gentle but direct way through yoga and movement meditation. Integration of the Bodymind restores our natural strength and presence to live life more fully. Leading classes in diverse settings such as a gyms, yoga studios, community centers, workplace meeting rooms and residential retreats, has taught me that this is available to everyone.
The essence of this non-sectarian mindfulness practice is deeply inspired by Leander Kane and Tarchin Hearn whom I have been following closely over the last 12-years by attending, assisting and organising meditation retreats in New Zealand.
