Richard has been delivering sessions as both a trainer and tutor for 15 years in the UK, Europe and NZ. He holds post graduate qualifications in e-learning, mentoring, coaching, professional development and mentoring in the work-place. Richard is also into self-development and neuro-linguistics. Richard’s pursuit for knowledge and passion for learning has had him research and develop his own delivery style and his presentation skills in the learning environment are second to none.
