I have been cooking since I was very young. After graduating from Bahgdad University in Iraq, I worked in banking for a few years before becoming a cook for many years.
Through places I have lived, and friends I have made, I have experience of many different Middle Eastern cuisines, as well as Moroccan cooking.
In my cooking classes, I try to show people how to use nice ingredients to make lovely food for all ages, old and young, summer and winter.
I am a family-oriented person, and enjoy cooking food that honours my guests. I hope to share this approach with you.
