Janet Sergeant has been practicing yoga for more than 20 years. She studied to be a teacher at Ashram Yoga in Parnell and has been teaching for eight years. The style of yoga could be categorized, in part, as Hatha as there is real emphasis on working with the breath throughout the class. Many of the postures involve flowing movement. We work gently to develop a greater awareness and sense of subtlety within our bodies and ourselves.
