This 9 week class incorporates both beginner and continuing levels in a friendly, easy-going general class. For those who are completely new to Pilates and feel they would benefit from a term of foundational Pilates, we hold Beginners classes at 5.30pm on Wednesdays.
All ages and fitness levels catered for. Numbers are limited for individual attention. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a warm layer. Bring a yoga mat or blanket/towel for floor exercises.
