    Description

Yoga is a beautiful and ancient system for integrating mind, body and spirit.  Our tutors work with posture (asana), breath (pranayama), energy flow (the chakra system) and deep relaxation (Yoga Nidra and Yoga Vidra).

Yoga can help to develop a greater degree of awareness of the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual states, as well as support a more easeful balance both internally and within our relationship to the world around us.

Although targeted at those with experience of yoga, some tutors are happy to include Beginners.  Please contact the office for more information.

Wear comfortable clothing, bring a warm layer and a mat or rug to lay on.
