Tibor is an experienced chef who has been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. He worked in several Hungarian and Austrian restaurants before moving to New Zealand. He enjoys creating dishes that combine authentic flavours with a modern twist.

Term Time: Monday - Wednesday 9:00am - 9:00pm
Thursday - Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm
School Holidays: When courses are running the office is open 9:00am - 4:00pm
