Art for Mental Wellbeing: Tambour Embroidery for Wellbeing

Home Art for Mental Wellbeing: Tambour Embroidery for Wellbeing

Immerse yourself in the rhythmic, meditative art of tambour embroidery. Using a fine hook and delicate threads, you’ll learn the graceful chain stitch technique that has been used for centuries to embellish fabrics with beauty and detail. Tambour encourages relaxation and focus, helping quiet the mind while engaging the hands. Whether you’re new to embroidery or an experienced stitcher, this workshop offers a soothing creative space to slow down, breathe, and create your own beautiful beaded butterfly.
