Description
"Calming the Mind with Collage" is all about taking time out of whatever chaos you're feeling in your mind, or in the world around you. It's about choosing a few pieces of paper (or fabric or nature) that inspire you...and creating something whole with the remnants that you've chosen.
We'll learn how to:
- Avoid overwhelm with collage-making.
- How to adapt to what is relaxing for YOU.
- Make a collage book, or individual pieces of art.
- Follow mindful prompts for page ideas.
- Listen to your intuition as you let go and glue in.
You'll leave with a collection of collage papers to get you started (or to add to your stash), inspiration from others in the class, and a relaxed mind.
