In this slow-paced, meditative workshop, you’ll begin by gathering materials—images, textures, colours—that spark joy or quiet curiosity. As we gradually narrow our focus, you’ll be guided to create 1–3 small, meaningful artworks, using limited materials to deepen your connection with what’s in front of you. This process invites stillness, presence, and a sense of purpose through simple, mindful making.
