New Zealand needs immigrants’ skills and experience! However, the job market can be challenging, especially when English is not your first language. Plus, finding a job here may be different from in your native country. This practical course will help you build the knowledge, skills and confidence you need to show employers what you can offer. Learn the language (e.g. vocabulary) you need to use. Put together a CV and cover letter. Find out where to look for a job and how local employers interview. Then practise with your classmates.
At the end of the course you will:
Have a personal plan to make progress in your job search.
This course runs on Wednesday afternoons 12:15 PM - 2:15 PM starting:
Immigrants who are looking for a job (or would like to change jobs). The course is suitable for students whose English language skills are Intermediate (B1) and above.

Term Time: Monday - Wednesday 9:00am - 9:00pm
Thursday - Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm
School Holidays: When courses are running the office is open 9:00am - 4:00pm
