You’ll master New Zealand’s much-loved Bacon & Egg Picnic Pie, then move on to a fragrant Chicken & Tarragon Pie, learning how to make both short pastry and quick puff pastry from scratch. You’ll also craft a rich chicken béchamel filling to complete your dish. You will prepare a hearty Smoked Fish Potato-Top Pie featuring homemade short pastry, a creamy smoked-fish filling, and a fluffy mashed-potato and spring-onion topping.
