Discover the joy of artisan bread making in this hands-on course designed for both beginners and home bakers looking to try their hand at baking breads in a relaxed, fun evening setting. Over two nights, participants will learn the fundamentals of fermentation, dough handling, and baking while creating focaccia, sourdough, and brioche from scratch.
You’ll explore a variety of breads, practise techniques that build flavour and texture, and gain the confidence to bake beautiful, wholesome loaves at home. By the end of the course, you’ll take home not just fresh bread, but the skills to keep baking for years to come.
An apron is recommended. All ingredients are included in your fee.
