Join us for a fun and flavourful evening of Swiss cooking, perfect for a date night!
Your chef will organise you in pairs (or you may already be attending with a friend). You and your cooking partner will work together to create a nourishing Swiss winter meal to include,
Gruyere Fritters as entrée with sweet onion dressing, learn to make a famous Zurich Schnitzels (using eye fillet of beef) cooked in rich creamy sauce served with traditional potato rosti. Take the recipes take home the skills to recreate these dishes for any special occasion, or simply enjoy a cozy, delicious evening in the company of your loved ones.
